Carole D. Kromer, 75, of Niles, passed away on Wednesday January 5, 2022 at Mercy Health St. Joseph’s Warren Hospital.
She was born August 29, 1946 in Morgantown, West Virginia the daughter of Harold “Bud” and Nancy Lipe Kelley.
She was a 1964 graduate of Morgantown High School, assistant to The Dean of Dentistry at West Virginia University, secretary for Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, and enjoyed reading, spending time with family, and ceramics.
She will be sadly missed by her husband Robert P. Kromer Sr. whom she married September 23, 1972, a son Robert P. Kromer Jr., and his wife Mariann of Niles, a daughter Kristen Holland of Liberty, a brother Dennis Kelley and his wife Sue of Clayton, North Carolina, a sister Rhonda Shaffer and her husband LTC(ret.) David of Somerset, Kentucky, four grandchildren, Haley, Donovan , Kennedy , and Riley.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call from 2 to 5PM Sunday at the Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
Funeral services will be held 11AM Monday at the Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles with Rev. Erica L. Brown officiating.
Facial coverings are mandatory for all family and friends coming to pay their respects for all services at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
