Domenico Ragozzino

Domenico Ragozzino, 79, of Girard, died at 1:30AM Tuesday September 15, 2020 at his residence.

He was born February 10, 1941 in Treglia Pontelatone Italy the son of Agostino and Pasqualina Racioppi Ragozzino and came to the United States in 1962.

He was employed at Easco Alluminum as a lineman for 10 years retiring in 1979.Domenico  was  member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Girard, Girard Knights of Columbus Council 2935 and enjoyed playing bocce, watching soccer, and playing cards.

He will be sadly missed by his wife Maria Rotondo Ragozzino whom he married January 18, 1970, two sons Agostino Ragozzino of Girard and Giuseppe Ragozzino and his wife Laura of New Albany, Indiana, two daughters, Cecilia Norris and her husband John of Clarksville, Tennessee and Rita Ragozzino of Girard, five grandchildren, Alyssa Ragozzino, Dominic Ragozzino, Gianna Nichols, Hannah Norris and Johnny Norris, a brother Guiseppe Ragozzino and his wife Carmela of Girard ,and a sister Giovannina Acerra of Italy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Anthony Ragozzine and a sister Maria Giordano.

Friends may call Friday from 9 to 10:45AM at St. Rose Catholic Church in Girard. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM Friday at St. Rose Catholic Church in Girard.

Social distancing measures will be followed and masks are mandatory.

Burial will be in Pineview Cemetery.

Arrangements are being handled by The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
