Fabian J. Wiery

Fabian J. Wiery, 71 of Niles, passed away on Saturday May 7, 2022 at Assumption Village in North Lima, Ohio.

      Fabian was born January 10, 1951 in Warren, Ohio and lived most of his life in Niles.   He was the son of Phillip and Magnifica Foggetti Wiery.

      He was a 1968 graduate of John F. Kennedy High School.  He worked at General Motors Lordstown for several years before retiring in 2010 as the Sales Manager for Lee's Appliance. 

     Fabian was an avid Cleveland Browns, Cavaliers and Indians fan.   He also was a college football fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes.    

     He was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Niles.

     He will be sadly missed by his son Nicholas (Kelly) Wiery of New Middletown, his brother James (Kimberly) Wiery of Niles and his sister Pamela (Gary) Mrakovich of Canfield.  He also leaves five grandchildren, Abigail, Ava, Anna, Ashley (Seth) Egry and Nicholas.   He also leaves his nephew and godson Tyler Wiery of Perrysburg, Ohio.

 He was preceded in death by both his parents.

 Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11AM Thursday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles.

Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.

Arrangements are being handled by The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
