Grace E. Infante, 90, of Niles, passed away on Friday September 3, 2021 at Mercy Health St. Elizabeth’s Youngstown Hospital.
She was born April 26, 1931 in Niles the daughter of Anthony and Anna Figliuolo Paolucci.
Grace was a 1949 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and employed part time at Carlisle’s Department Store in Niles for five years. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles, The Blessed Mother Society, and past chairwomen and volunteer of The Mt. Carmel Festival.She enjoyed playing bingo, casino trips, and avid Cleveland Cavs, Indians, and Browns fan.
Her husband Mike Infante whom she married October 22, 1949 died February 7, 2012.
She will be sadly missed by two sons, Bobby “Chet” Infante and his wife Robin of Niles and Carl Infante(Mike) of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a daughter Joyce Sheetz and her husband Brian of Girard, four grandchildren Sean Ludt(Andrea), Heather Bowser and her husband Jeff, Bobby Infante and his wife Renee, and Alex Infante, and ten great-grandchildren, Madison Bowser, Colin Bowser, Gavin Infante, Kylie Infante, Kelsey Infante, Anthony Dicesare, Axton Infante, Jacob Michalski, Jessica Michalski, and Carolynn Michalski.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Aldo Paolucci, Carl Paolucci, Nick Paolucci, infant baby Nick Paolucci, and a sister-in-law Ann Paolucci.
Friends may call Tuesday from 9:00AM to 10:30AM at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11AM Tuesday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles preceded by a 10:30AM prayer service at the funeral home.
The family requests that family and friends coming to pay their respects to please wear a facial covering during all services at the funeral home and at church.
Burial will be held at Niles City Cemetery.
