James C. Renna

James C. Renna, 62, of Niles passed away at 5:56PM Tuesday October 9, 2018 at Hospice of The Valley Hospice House in Poland, Ohio.

He was born November 17, 1955 in Warren the son of Carmen and Anna Marie Sullivan Renna.

Jim was a 1974 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and a graduate of The Lancaster School of Jewelry and Watch Repair. He was a self-employed watch and jewelry repairman for 25 years retiring in 2000 and an avid sports fan.

He will be sadly missed by two sons, Carmen J. Renna of Lebanon, Ohio and David Bortmas and his wife Jamie of Niles, a daughter Kattie Lynn and her husband Doug of Niles, three sisters, Annamarie Pownell and her husband Albert “Butch” of Lordstown, Maryellen Edgar and her husband Charles of Cortland, and Jennifer Stonebrook and her husband Kirk of Willowick, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Colleen Brutz and Suzanne Estep.

A celebration of life will be held at Annamarie’s residence on 3555 Lyntz-Town Line Road in Lordstown today Thursday October 11 from 3 to 5PM.

Arrangements are being handled by The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
