Judith W. Becker

Judith W. Becker, 74, of Niles went to her eternal rest Friday June 28, 2019, at Mercy Health St. Joseph’s Warren Hospital.
She was born July 10, 1944, in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Walter and Ruth (Jacobs) Wright.Judy was a 1962 graduate of Uniontown High School and worked for 35 years at Delphi Packard Electric, retiring in 1999. She was a member of First Christian Church of Niles,where she was an active member of the Lydia Circle and the Knotty Girls Quilters. She enjoyed golfing in the Par Mates and Hi Hopes leagues and bowling in the Ex-Packardites, Blessed Sacrament and Thursday Pinstrikers leagues. Judy was also a longtime volunteer at the Trumbull Memorial Hospital gift shop and the National Packard Museum. She enjoyed traveling, entertaining family and friends, and spending time with her grandchildren, who adored her. Judy’s annual Christmas Eve party was a popular event for over 20 years.
Memories of Judy will be carried on by her mother, of Bridgeville, Pa.; sons James Francis of Tokyo and Sean (Elizabeth) Becker of Worthington; daughter Donna “D.J.” (Mark) Simpson of Garden Grove, Calif.; brother James Wright of Catonsville, Md.; sister Joyce (Dick) Bartolomeo of Bridgeville, Pa.; her adoring grandchildren Cole and Chase Simpson; Katie and Thomas Becker; and many cherished cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and two husbands.
Friends may call Monday from 6 to 8PM at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.Funeral services will be held 10AM Tuesday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
