Kellee M. Swauger, 47, of Niles, passed away Saturday December 28, 2019 at her residence.
She was born March 18, 1972 in Warren, the daughter of William O’Dell and Shirlee Rindfuss.
Kellee was a 1990 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, attended Ohio State University for three years, and graduated from Stark State University in 1997 with an Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting. Kellee was employed as a COTA by the Mahoning County Educational Service Center for 13 years and loved working with her students.
She will be deeply missed by her husband Terry Swauger whom she married October 7, 1995, and her two daughters,Jillian Swauger and Claudia Swauger, who were the lights of her life and who made her so proud in everything they do. Her family was the center of her life and she enjoyed all of the traveling she did and adventures experienced in following the baton twirling exploits of Jillian and Claudia.
She is also survived by her father William O’Dell and his wife Emily of Boardman, her mother Shirlee Rindfuss and her husband Allen of Grand Island, Florida, her brother, Brian O’Dell and his wife Jolyn of Howland, her brothers- and sisters-in-laws, Bob and Christie Swauger of Niles, Richard and Andi Swauger of Columbus, and Tim and Beth Swauger of Johnstown, Ohio, her nieces and nephews, Luke Swauger, Lindsey Swauger, Evan Swauger, Brayden O’Dell, and Bryn O’Dell, her maternal grandmother Dorothy Williams of Howland, her uncle and aunt, David and Mari-Lee Yeropoli of Champion, and her father- and mother-in-law Byron and Dorothy Swauger of Niles.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Gerald Williams, and her paternal grandparents, Robert and Ruth Hartman.
Friends may call from 9AM to 11AM Friday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
Memorial services will be held at 11AM Friday at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles with Rev. Christopher Stark and Rev. Cynthia Klingemier officiating.
