Kenneth R. Webber

Kenneth R. Webber, 76, of Girard, passed away at 6:15AM Wednesday September 9, 2020 at his residence after a long illness

He was born December 3, 1943 in Warren, Ohio the son of Harold and Mary Michalec Webber.

He was a 1961 graduate of Fowler High School where he excelled on the basketball team and was also a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering.

Ken retired from Delphi Packard Electric as a tool and die maker in 2007.  He loved to dabble in leather working and photography, belonged to a scout troop in Fowler and attended Buckeye Boys State as a youth.

Ken was a United States Naval Veteran having served during the Vietnam War.

His wife Bonnie O’Brien Webber whom he married June 26, 1970 died August 27, 2011.

He will be sadly missed by his sister Helen Eileen Retterer and her husband Fred of Fowler, his brother-in-law Larry O’Brien of Norwalk, Connecticut, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services were private. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Burial was held in St. Stephen Cemetery.
