Lillian N. Durastante

Lillian N. Durastante, 81, of Niles, died at 10:34AM Monday September 30, 2019 at her residence.

She was born March 10, 1938 in Oberkorn, Luxembourg the daughter of Francois and Marguerite Quarti Sadler and moved to The United States in November 1955 where she settled in Niles.

Lillian was employed at Kings Department Store for five years then for Delphi Packard Electric for 30 years retiring in 2000. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles, enjoyed spending time with family, reading, music, and puzzles.

Memories of Lillian will be carried on by her husband Frank Durastante whom she married April 1, 1955, three sons; Sabatino Durastante(Bobbi Jo) of Niles, Mario Durastante and his wife Lorri of Wickliffe, Frank Durastante of Niles, a daughter Angela Carlson of Cortland, a brother Angelo Sadler and his wife Lola of Luxembourg, a sister Loney Sadler of Luxembourg, five grandchildren, Frank Durastante, Tiffany Durastante, Anthony Durastante and his wife Natalie, John Durastante, Zachary Durastante, two great-grandchildren, Leigha Durastante and Layla Durastante, and neighbor and adopted son Joseph Patrizi of Niles.
She was preceded in death by a son Joseph Durastante.

Friends may call Thursday from 5 to 7PM at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles where The Mount Carmel Bereavement Ministry will conduct prayers at 6:30PM.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10AM Friday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles preceded by a 9:30AM prayer service at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
