Luanna M Lang

Luanna Lang, 77, of Niles, passed away on Thursday April 13, 2023 at Shepherd of The Valley Liberty.
She was born December 20, 1945 in Warren  the daughter of Aniello Dan and Lucy Nigro Frasca.
She was a 1963 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, and graduated from La Roche College with a Bachelor of Arts.  She worked as a board certified radiology technician for over 40 years retiring from St. Joseph’s Warren Hospital in 2008.
Luanna was a member of St. Stephen Catholic Church in Niles, Catholic Women’s Club, Niles Senior Center, enjoyed bocce, playing the piano, wintering in Florida, camping, water skiing, bike riding, shuffle board, and a participant in The Niles and Warren Relay for Life as a survivor. She was an avid baker and was sought after for her cakes and candies.
Her husband Charles Lang whom she married July 9, 1966 preceded her in death on April 30, 2011.
She will be deeply missed by her two sons Mark Lang and his wife Pam of Cortland and Brad Lang and his wife Lucinda of McDonald, three grandchildren, Alyssa, Jonathan, and Joshua, and her sister-in-law Angelina Frasca of Austintown.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Neil Donald Frasca.
Friends may call Tuesday from 5 to 7PM at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral in Niles 
Mass of Christian Burial will held 10AM Wednesday at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Niles preceded by a 9:30AM prayer service at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
Arrangements are being handled by The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
