Maria D'Urso Obituary

Maria D’Urso, 90, of Niles died Saturday February 25, 2023 at St. Joseph's Health Care in Warren. 
She was born on May 18, 1932 in Bagnoli Irpino, Italy, and was the daughter of Angelo and Rafaela Cuozzo Nicastro. 
Maria was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish in Niles and enjoyed cooking and cleaning. 
Her husband Anthony D’Urso whom she married January 4, 1950 died on September 3, 2016. She will be deeply missed by two sons Anthony D’Urso and his wife Bridget of Niles, Dominic D’Urso and his wife Antoinette of Niles, two daughters Albina Sortini and her husband Jerry of Niles, Angela D’Urso of Niles, ten grandchildren Anthony, Catherine, Maria, Carmella, Isabella, Anna Marie, Maria Louise, Allen, Joanne, and Anthony and 4 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a daughter Mary Ann McClimans, a son Ralph D’Urso, a sister Vincenzia, and two brothers Joe and Anthony Nicastro. 
Friends may call Saturday from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles. 
A Mass of Christian burial will be 10 AM Saturday at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Niles preceded by 9:30 AM prayer service at the funeral home. 
Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery on Monday.
