Marlene B. Miller, 84, of Niles, went on to glory on Tuesday September 12, 2023. Time stopped but will move on slowly and sadly. Marlene was the glue of the family. She is going to be missed by all. Family was always first in her life.
She was born October 27, 1938 in Niles the daughter of Emery and Mary Russo Marks.
Marlene was a 1956 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, employed at General Electric in Warren for 39 years retiring in 1994, member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish in Niles, enjoyed traveling and flea marketing. She also loved garage sales and took orders what we needed and always fulfilled them.
Her husband William H. Miller whom she married June 14, 1958 died June 20, 2011.
Marlene raised a beautiful family that she truly loved. She will be deeply missed by two sons Mark Miller of Niles and Bill Miller of Niles, and two grandchildren Mindy Miller and Brandon Miller.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Marlene became ill with dementia but always had a smile when family visited daily.
We want to thank the nurses and staff at Continuing Health Care at The Ridge. Mom, your free now and healthy again, live on, and your smile will never go away.
If roses grow in heaven, Lord please pick a bunch for us, place them in our mother’s arms and tell her they are from us. Tell her we love her and miss her and when she turns to smile place a kiss on her cheek from us.
Funeral services were private.
Burial will be in Niles City Cemetery.
Arrangements handled by The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
