Obituary

Martin J.  “Jim” Dellinger, 85, of Niles passed away Thursday May 4, 2023 at Hospice of The Valley Hospice House in Poland.
He was born February 1, 1938 in Warren the son of Martin and Elizabeth Ann Orr Dellinger.
Martin was a 1958 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and a graduate of plumber and pipe fitters apprenticeship program.
He was a pipe fitter for local #225, of Christian Faith, enjoyed fishing, hunting, and dirt track racing.
His wife Cathy Curtis Dellinger whom he married February 23, 1963 died June 7, 2021.
He will be deeply missed by two sons, Alan Dellinger and his wife Amanda of Sharpsville, Pennsylvania, and James Dellinger of Johnston, a daughter Jewel Skelton and her husband Shawn of Niles, and six grandchildren, Derek Dellinger, Emma Dellinger, Dennis Dellinger, Jennifer Dellinger, Corey Skelton, and Paige Skelton.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private family committal services will be held in Vienna Township Cemetery,
Arrangements handled by The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
