Patricia M Parks

Patricia M. Parks (Flaviani) nee Nardo, 78, of Niles, passed away at 6:40AM Monday December 23, 2019 at her residence.

She was born April 13, 1941 in Warren the daughter of Joseph and Jennie Gumino Nardo.

She was a 1959 graduate of Niles McKinley High School and a graduate of Raphael’s School of Beauty Culture with a Cosmotology Degree. Pat was employed at Regis Hair Salon at The Eastwood Mall for 20 years and also at Niles McKinley High School Cafeteria as assistant cook for 10 years retiring in 2005.

She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Niles, enjoyed cooking, baking, bowling, traveling, wintering in Florida, and reading.

Her husband Henry Flaviani whom she married April 1960 died March 8, 1971.

She will be sadly missed by her husband Lawrence Parks whom she married May 2, 1987, a son Steve Flaviani of Cortland, a daughter Mary Ann Fredrick of Howland, two step-children, Michael Parks of Youngstown and Melissa McClintock Parks of Boardman, and a  sister Antoinette Nardo of Niles.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Rita Nardo-Dew and Mary Gimmarco.

Friends may call Friday from 9 to 10:30AM at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11AM Friday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles preceded by a 10:30AM prayer service at the funeral Home.
