Anita “Janie Gay” Celli, 66 of Niles died Sunday November 16, 2014 at St. Elizabeth’s Health Center in Youngstown. Ohio.
She was born October 9, 1948 in Weston, West Virginia the daughter of Leonard and Sarah Brown Gay.
She was a 1966 graduate of Girard High School and employed for 20 years as a medical assistant at several doctor’s offices in the area. She was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Girard, 4-H Club in West Virginia, enjoyed bowling, antiques, and attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and activities.
She will be deeply missed by her husband Joseph R. Celli whom she married June 10, 1967, a son Joseph L. Celli and his wife Janet of McDonald, a daughter Kimberly Marino and her husband Christopher of Hubbard, and five grandchildren, Nicholas Marino, Ryan Marino, Megan Marino, Joseph Celli, and Joshua Celli.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call Wednesday from 5 to 7PM at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home in Niles.
