As a lasting legacy to Arlene, I should have known to expect a long line of mourners. After finally securing a parking place, and waiting outside for an hour in a line wrapped around the building, I never did get inside the building. And so I am sending my sympathies to the family here. I worked with Arlene at Art Outreach. She was always supportive and energetic. Will be missed deeply.

So very sorry to hear about this tragedy. What a beautiful tribute was written in the paper about her full life adventures! Wish we could have known her personally, but we will be remembering her in our prayers !! May God give you strength to accept this and may your days be filled with love.

May the memories of Arlene’s devotion to our Blessed Mother, and her steadfast faith in the mystery of the Trinity, bring comfort to those she loved during these days of deep sorrow. My mom, Elsa Cerbara, was with her before my parents left for Italy in September at the home of Frank/Marilyn DeJute, together with Kathryn Tauro, visiting the Pilgrims Statue of Our Lady of Fatima where they prayed together and spent a wonderful evening. During our visits to Ohio, my husband and I loved her vivacious presence and participation in the Eucharist at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel in Niles and we will miss her.

Sincere condolences to Angelo and the entire Frasca family, from all of us, including my mom and dad who are still in Italy this month and were deeply saddened by the news of Arlene’s passing - Certamente che sono uniti con tanto affetto al vostro dolore. - Lisa Cerbara (Phil Plencner), Elsa/Vincenzo Cerbara

Message from Alberta Black (Kimberly Reeves mother)
October 10, 2016 1:37 PM

So very sorry for your loss, I met Arlene years ago when my daughter Kim Watson Reeves at that time was working at the license bureau on high street, Kim now works across the street in the Court House, during this time another daughter Ketta Watson was considering buying a house and Kim set us up with Arlene, she was very, very, patient with us and should us various sites until Ketta was pleased, we both were pleased,,,,, Arlene went back to Kim talking about our experience together which was very enjoyable her comment to Kim and I have never forgotten was ' YOUR MOTHER DIDN'T MISS A BEAT" we often laugh about that because I found faults at every house we visited, (no outlets every room, just small things small closets, no closet doors etc) nothing major but she did pull us through ,,,, but we had a good time together and shared many laughs she was considered non tiring in any thing we did from,,, house to house or just laughing and none stop 'talking" between the both of us,,,,this is how I want to remember Arlene a beautiful woman inside and out,,,,God Bless your family at this time just like myself 'Rember and hold on to the memories'. My Deepest Sympathy to the family Alberta Black
